Greater Hartford St Patrick's Day Parade Annual Mass. On Friday March 14th at 6:00 PM, the CCCCC’s Annual St Patrick’s Day Parade Mass will be celebrated at St Patrick St Anthony Church, 285 Church St, Hartford, CT. The 2025 Hartford St. Patrick's Day Parade will step off at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 15 from the State Capitol building on Capitol Avenue. Greater Hartford St Patrick's Day Parade Annual Mass. The St. Patrick’s Day Parade was back in Hartford on Saturday which meant thousands of people marched in the Capital City. The parade started at 11 a.m. and afterwards, many people headed to the MARCH ST. There will be several road closures in the Capital Avenue area on Saturday and streets will reopen at 3:00 p.m. The following street closures will take effect on the day of the parade: Traditionally this event brings together many different communities from the Greater Hartford area to celebrate the Celtic culture. Come down to the parade route early and get your seat. The parade begins at Capitol Avenue by the State Capitol, takes a left onto Main Street, and left on Asylum Avenue, a left on Ford Street, and then ends by the Memorial Arch.
